My mission is to support women preconception, prenatal, during labor and birth, and postpartum. I strive to educate, advocate, and be a liaison to help improve birthing and postpartum experiences. I offer a variety of support services personalized for each client. Depending on when you hire me, I provide education on everything from nutrition and exercise to developing a birth plan and picking the right birthing facility.
